Viewing User Details
To quickly access detailed information about your Employees, Contractors, Clients, or Contacts in Productive, you can follow these simple steps:
Finding User Details
1) Search:
2) For Employees and Contractors:
Go to Resourcing > Employees (Beta and new users).
Note: Until the full system release, all Employee, Contractor, Client, and Contact details can still be found in the same place: CRM > Contacts for users not in the Beta program or using the previous setup.
3) For Contacts and Clients:
Navigate to CRM > Contacts (Beta and new users).

4) For Employees, Contractors, and Clients:
User Details Overview
On a user’s or contact's profile page, you can view a range of details, depending on your permission level. These details are organized into several tabs:
Info tab
Contains essential information about the person, including their employee details (job title, workplace, permission set, manager, assigned service types, teams, tags, and information about automatic time tracking) and any employee fields they have been assigned.
Note: The Info tab is visible only to the users with Admin, Manager, and Coordinator default permissions, as well as to users with the "View employees and contractors" custom employee permissions, and "View contacts" and "View clients" custom contact permissions.
Overview
Provides a quick snapshot of the user's utilization, including capacity, availability, scheduled, and worked time within a specified period.
Time Off
Displays available time off, including upcoming and past time off. Admins can allocate new time off through the +Add new allocation option.
Work Log
This tab shows a chronological log of all activities performed by the user in Productive, except for activities related to private tasks (unless you have access).
Click on the 'Show: All' dropdown to open the filtering options, allowing you to quickly find the information you need.
Org Chart
Shows the user's position within the organizational hierarchy. To view the entire company structure, go to My Company > Org Chart.
Time
Lists all time entries for the user, with options to group entries by day or service, set time intervals, and filter by budget or pricing type.
The data can also be exported.
Feed
Similar to the Work Log, this tab displays additional changes and updates related specifically to this person.
Emails
Shows every email associated with the person that has been filed in Productive, whether sent directly by the user or received via BCC from others.
Projects
Lists all projects where the user is a member. You can also assign the user to multiple projects at once from this tab.
Cost Rates
Accessible only to Admins, this tab contains and allows adjustments to the user's gross salary information.
