Productive's Resource planner makes time tracking easier by smoothly integrating bookings into My Time as time-tracking suggestions.

This time-saving feature simplifies logging time, reducing the process to a single click.

Let's take a look at how this works and how it can help you work more efficiently!

How it Works

1) Here we see that Alex Taylor is booked for the "Workshop Preparation" service.​

The booking is for 3h/day, starting on Feb, 29, 2024.

2) When switching to Time > My time from Alex's perspective, all the booking details will be pre-filled for them in the "You are scheduled on" section.

3) There they can simply select the said service, adjust the time spent working if needed, and include any necessary notes.

4) Optionally, Alex can link their work to a specific task (if applicable).

Important: There's no need for a "Save" button since all changes to the time entry are updated automatically, allowing you to adjust them as needed.

Good to Know: If logging time for the current day, a ▶️ symbol will appear, activating the Timer feature.

Tip: Pin the service you frequently work on for easier access!
