Timesheet View in My Time

See all your time entries for the week in one place, organized by project and service. Add, edit, and manage entries directly in the Timesheet view.

The Timesheet view in My Time shows your week at a glance. Your budgets or deals and services are listed on the left, with time entries for each day on the right.

To access it, go to Time > My Time and select Timesheet from the view options in the top right.

Adding a Time Entry

Click Add service in the bottom left to add a service to the view. Then find your service on the left and click the cell for the day you want to log time for.

You can add multiple time entries for the same day and service.

A pop-up appears where you can assign the entry to a task, start the timer, or add a note.

The day header shows the total hours logged for that day. The week total appears at the top left under Total.

Time Tracking Suggestions

The suggestions panel shows services based on:

  • Pinned: services you've manually pinned for quick access.

  • Scheduled: services you're scheduled on in the Resource Planner.

  • Recent: services you've recently tracked time against.

Click any category to toggle it on or off.

Pinning a service: hover over any service name and click the pin icon to move it to your Pinned section.

πŸ“Œ A pinned service will no longer appear in the view if the budget's end date has passed.

πŸ“Œ If a service is already pinned, it won't appear in Scheduled or Recent to avoid duplication.

Managing Time Entries

To edit or delete a time entry, click on it, select Expand, then open the three-dot menu.

From there you can edit the entry, delete it, or review timer logs if the timer was used.

You can also click directly into any cell to edit the duration inline.

πŸ“Œ Auto-tracked time entries can't be edited in the Timesheet view. To modify or remove them, go to the Resource Planner.

πŸ“Œ Approved time entries can't be edited or deleted unless they are unapproved first.
