General Notification Settings

Set up in-app and email notification settings.

To choose which notifications you want and how you want to get them, head over to Settings > Notifications.

There you can:
1) Customize the in-app notifications view (toggle the compact view on or off) to show or hide the notification's content in your notification inbox.

2) Choose which notifications will show first (newer, current, or older ones) in your notification inbox after you archive them.

Notification Categories

Under the Notification settings, you will see a detailed list of available items for which you can set notifications:

  • Tasks

  • Deals

  • Budgets

  • Invoices

  • Docs

  • Platform notifications

  • People

  • Companies

  • Bookings

  • Reminders

  • Approvals

  • Reports

  • Company-wide notifications

Tip: If you're receiving notifications that you didn't personally subscribe to, for more details head over to Company-wide notifications. Here, you'll see information about two notifications switched on by the account admin.

Note that you can't control these notifications here. Admins manage them in Settings > Time tracking for the whole organization.

Supported Channels For Notifications

Next to each of the categories, you can enable or disable:

  • e-mail ( πŸ“§ ) notifications

  • in-app ( πŸ’» ) notifications

  • mobile notifications

  • Slack notifications
