Manage Projects in Sprints

Use boards and tasks lists to set up and manage project using sprints.

Updated over a week ago

For those using agile methodologies when managing projects, Productive allows you to set up and run those projects by setting up boards and task lists.

A board will then basically be a sprint which can be broken into teams and/or phases :

And task lists can represent various statuses within those sprints:

If you want to see all tasks within a project, select "All tasks" from the Board picker:

Also, when you click on any board, it will show you all the task lists inside each board. With the Board picker option, you can pick one of the created boards or tasks list and set one of them as a default one (marked with 🌟).

To change an active view, head over to Layout and select the one you prefer:

By selecting multiple tasks, a menu will appear in the header where you can update them all at once. Among other options, you can change their status as well as move them to another board (sprint).
