Productive offers plans to fit teams of every size, and you can update yours anytime from Billing settings.

Go to Settings > Billing and click Update Subscription.

This opens a guided flow with five steps: Products, Add-Ons, Seats & Payment Cycle, Payment Details, and Billing Information. A live summary on the right updates as you go, so you always see your new total before confirming.

Choose your plan: Essential, Professional, or Ultimate. Each card lists what's included, with higher tiers showing everything from the plan below plus their own additional features. Click Continue.

Select any optional add-ons for your organization, such as additional Notetaker hours. The dropdown shows each package's price and included hours.

Set your seat count using the + and – controls, then choose Monthly or Annually billing. Annual billing shows the discount applied compared to monthly.

📌 If you're under a contract or paying by invoice, contact our team for help switching between monthly and annual billing.

Review the itemized breakdown: your plan cost per seat, any add-on charges, and the subtotal and total.

Enter or confirm your billing address. If your organization has company info saved (Settings > Company Info), use Fill with Company Info to auto-fill the address.

Add or confirm your payment information. If a card is already on file, it's shown here with an Edit option.

Click Confirm to complete the change.

By default, users with the admin system permission can access Billing Settings in Productive and make changes to the subscription plan.

However, if you need more control over who can manage billing, you can customize access using custom permission sets. Adjust the relevant permission set to grant or restrict access to Billing Settings, then assign it to the appropriate users.
