Your business needs can change over time, and so can your Productive subscription.
To help you find the perfect fit, we offer a free 14-day trial of any plan—whether it’s larger or smaller—so you can explore new features with no strings attached.
While using Productive, you may notice certain features or functionalities marked with a badge showing which plan they are part of. You can try those plans and features risk-free.
How the Trial Works
Depending on your current subscription plan (covered below), you can try any available plan without making a purchase first. The trial period lasts for 14 days and is a one-time event.
After the trial ends, your account will automatically revert to your previous plan unless you manually switch to the new one.
Note: This option is available only after you’ve started a paid subscription and does not include the initial 14-day free trial at sign-up.
How to Start the Trial
Go to Settings > Billing.
Click on "Change plan".
Select the plan you’d like to trial and click "Start free trial".
Old-Track Plan Trial Options
If you’re on one of the old-track plans (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise), here are your trial options:
Standard plan users can trial any of the new-track plans: Essential, Professional, or Ultimate.

New-Track Plan Trial Options

Professional plan users can trial the Essential or Ultimate plans.
Ultimate plan users can trial the Essential or Professional plans.
Important Notes
One-Time Trial
Once you've trialled a plan, you won't be able to trial another one, so choose carefully.
Reverting to Your Old Plan
At the end of the 14-day trial, your plan will automatically revert back to your previous plan unless you manually switch to the new one.
Trialing a Smaller Plan
If you're trialling a plan with fewer features than your current one, certain functionalities may be limited during the trial period.
