Every Productive plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage, shared across your organization. If your team needs more, billing admins can add an AI usage package directly from Billing settings.

How to Add More AI Usage
Only users with billing permissions can change your AI usage package. Admins and the account owner have this by default. đ More in Who Can Manage Billing and Subscription Changes?
Go to Settings > Billing and click Manage Add-ons in the Add-ons section.
Toggle AI usage on, then use the slider to pick a package. Each package adds a fixed amount of AI usage every month, on top of what your plan includes.
Click through Seats & Payment Cycle, Payment Details, and Billing Information on the right, confirming your existing details along the way. Click Confirm to complete the purchase.

How Billing Works for AI Usage Packages
No separate billing cycle. An AI usage package is added to your existing subscription and follows its billing cycle.
Mid-cycle purchases are prorated. If you add a package partway through your billing cycle, youâre charged a prorated amount for the rest of that cycle. On monthly plans, itâs added to your next invoice. On quarterly and annual plans, youâre invoiced right away.
You get the full amount right away. Even if you add a package mid-month, the packageâs full monthly amount is added to this monthâs usage.
On annual plans, you still get it every month. The packageâs usage is added every month from activation onward, even though you pay for it annually.
Change it anytime. Move to a bigger or smaller package, or switch it off, from the same Add-Ons step. If you move to a smaller package or switch it off, the unused part of your billing cycle is prorated.
