With insights, you can create a custom report with just a couple of clicks. To start, you can use our predefined reports from the Insights Library, or you can build your own.

Build a Report in Insights

To build a report with just a few clicks, select From scratch from the menu:

Next, select which type of data would you like to use:

Data can be extracted from:

  • Bookings

  • Budgets

  • Capacity & Availability

  • Companies

  • Cost rates

  • Deals

  • Entitlements

  • Expenses

  • Financials

  • Invoices

  • Payments

  • People

  • Projects

  • Services

  • Tasks

  • Time Entries.

The availability of certain data sources will, however, depend on your permission level.
