To tweak the metrics used in the report or to add your own, you can do it from the menu just above the displayed data:

Insights allow you to use multi-grouping of your data. Click on Group By and select the categories you'd like to group by. For example, you can group your time report by budget and the service type.

Clicking on Show only totals will allow you to pivot the report by certain columns.

Creating Charts

If you want to see a visual representation of your data, click on the Visualise dropdown to select the type you'd like to see. You can choose between a chart or a table view, or you can see both. 

To change the type of the chart, you can select it using the menu above the data. 

Choose from the following types: Column, Line, Area, Bar, Donut or Metric. 

One thing that could help you build a powerful chart is to take notice which columns are used in your report. Clicking on Columns dropdown will give you a list of columns and the ones that can be shown in the chart will be marked.
