With insights, you can create a custom report with just a couple of clicks. To start, you can use our predefined reports that cover the following:

  • Actual utilization by people
  • Average invoiced rate by Client
  • Budgets That Need Invocing 
  • Invoiced revenue by Months
  • Payments received this month by Client
  • Profitability by Client
  • Profitability by months
  • Time off usage by People

Using Example Insights

To generate a report with just one click, select the desired report from the list on the right:

Clicking on the report you want will automatically create it. 

Building Your Own Report

Of course, you can build a custom Insights report from scratch. Just click on the "New" button and select which type of data would you like to use. 

Data can be extracted from Bookings, Budgets, Capacity & Availability, Companies, Deals, Expenses, Financials, Invoices, Payments, People, Projects, Tasks and Time Entries. Availability will depend on your permission level.
