The CharlieHR integration with Productive allows seamless synchronization of time-off categories and periods between the two platforms.
Integration Setup
To set up the CharlieHR integration in Productive:
1) Access the App Marketplace
Navigate to Settings > App marketplace in Productive.
2) Connect CharlieHR
Locate CharlieHR in the list of available apps and click on Connect app.
Note that you must be an admin in CharlieHR to set this up.
Syncing Time Off from CharlieHR
Once integrated, only approved time-off bookings from CharlieHR will sync with Productive. Time-off types in CharlieHR are mapped to corresponding categories in Productive.

*Compassionate leave is marked as sensitive in CharlieHR and will sync as "Vacation" in Productive with minimal details.
Custom time-off types created in CharlieHR will retain their names when synced to Productive but can be edited later if needed.
Sync Frequency
The sync occurs between 1 and 12 hours after the initial setup.
Deleted time-off events are synced every 3 days, previously requiring manual deletion.
