This integration will allow you to sync time off categories and time off periods from CharlieHR with Productive.
Integration Setup
To set up the integration, go to Settings > App marketplace:
Locate CharlieHR, and click on Connect app:

First, an important thing to note is that only approved time off bookings are synced. Time off types, as called in CharlieHR, are synced to Productive as Time off categories.
Each Time off is synced with the following information:

*Compassionate is marked as a sensitive time off type in CharlieHR, so it is transferred with minimum information, meaning that it appears as VACATION in Productive.
Every other time off type created in CharlieHR (which is not a default time off type) will be displayed as it is created in CharlieHR. You can edit these names in Productive after they are synced.
💡 For both time off categories and time off bookings, the sync is done once the integration is set up. After that, the sync interval is between 1 hour and 12 hours.
💡 Deleted time off events get synced into Productive once in 3 days.
Previously, they had to be manually deleted.
