Productive is well-equipped for agile project management, allowing you to set up and manage projects using folders and task lists tailored to sprints.
Setting Up Sprints with Folders
Create Folders as Sprints
In Productive, each folder can represent a sprint. Folders can be further divided into teams or phases, enabling a clear and organized structure.
Organizing Task Lists
Task Lists as Statuses
Within each folder, you can set up task lists that represent various statuses within your sprints (e.g., Backlog, In Progress, Tested, Completed).
Viewing All Tasks
To get a comprehensive view of all tasks within a project, select "All tasks" from the folder picker. This allows you to see every task, regardless of its current status or sprint.
Customizing Your Workflow
Folder and Task List Navigation
Clicking on a folder will display all the associated task lists. With the folder picker, you can easily switch between different folders or task lists. You can even set a default folder, so it’s ready for you to dive in as soon as you access the project.Adjusting Layouts
To modify how tasks are displayed, use the Layout option. This lets you choose the most suitable view for your workflow.
Batch Updating Tasks
Bulk Actions
Selecting multiple tasks enables a header menu where you can update all selected tasks simultaneously. This includes changing their status or moving them to another folder (sprint).
