In the Resource Planner, besides scheduling team members for services in budgets and deals, you can also manage their absence, whether it's for vacation, sick leave, or remote work, which ensures accurate resource allocation and prevents double bookings.
Before booking absences, make sure the following is set up:
1) For time off: you created time-off categories in Settings > Absence > Absence Categories > Time Off.
2) For remote work: you created remote work categories in Settings > Absence > Absence Categories > Remote Work.
3) You assigned the appropriate time-off or remote work allocations to your team members in Resourcing > Employees > Employee Profile > Absence tab.
