Displaying Your Sales To-Dos in External Calendars Using iCalendar Links
Updated over a week ago

By utilizing Productive's iCalendar links, you can seamlessly display your sales to-dos (those assigned to you) directly within your external calendar applications such as Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, and Apple Calendar.

Note: you can also display Task and Resourcing views in your external calendars. Learn how to set it up here.

For more information on syncing events in the opposite direction (your calendars > Calendar view in My time), check out the article on Google and Office 365 calendar integrations.

Get the iCalendar Link

1) Navigate to Settings > App marketplace > iCalendar.

2) Select the iCalendar and click on "Generate link".

Once the link is generated, you'll be able to copy it and paste it to your external calendar of choice.

Add the iCalendar Link to Your Calendar

  • Google Calendar: Go to Settings, select Add calendar > From URL, and paste the iCal link.

  • Mac Calendar App: Go to File > New Calendar Subscription, and paste the iCal link.

  • Microsoft Outlook Calendar: Go to Calendar panel > Add calendar > Subscribe from web, and paste the iCal link. Rename and customize the calendar as needed.

This will give you an overview of the to-dos you’re scheduled to work on, helping you plan your day effectively.

Disabling the Sync

To disable the sync, simply remove the imported calendars directly from your platform of choice (in your Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, or Apple Calendar settings).
