Organizational Chart

Vizualize your company's internal structure and relationship hierarchy.

Updated today

Organizational charts help you visualize your company's structure. They show the hierarchy of roles and how employees are connected through management lines.

Organizational charts are available in the Professional and Ultimate plans.

📌 Note: If you don't see the Org chart under Resourcing > Employees, you can still access it from My Company. The chart is being moved to the Resourcing section.

Viewing the Organizational Chart

To access the org chart:

  1. Go to Resourcing in the main navigation.

  2. Select Employees.

  3. Open the Org chart tab.

Here, you’ll see:

  • Each person’s name and job title

  • The number of subordinates they manage

  • Direct links to profiles by clicking on a person's name

📌 Important: You’ll need to assign managers to employees for the org chart to display correctly.

Navigation tips

  • Use pinch gestures to zoom in and out

  • Move across the chart by dragging with two fingers on the mousepad

  • Use the orientation toggle button to switch between vertical and horizontal layouts

Quick Guide: Assigning a Manager

To set a manager for an employee:

  2. In the Info tab, fill in the Manager field.

  3. This builds the reporting structure shown in the chart.

Visibility and Display Rules

  • Deactivated employees who are not managers to any active employees will not be shown in the chart
