Productive's Audit Log is a chronological record of all system activities, providing a detailed history of actions and changes.

This log helps in tracking modifications, identifying issues, and maintaining an accurate record of events.

The Audit log is available on the Ultimate subscription plan.

How to Access the Audit Log

1) Navigate to Settings

  • Go to Settings and select Audit Log to view the record of system activities.

2) Visibility and Permissions

  • The Audit Log is accessible to all users, no matter their permissions. However, the details visible to each role depend on their specific permissions.

Using Filters to Narrow Your Search

Apply Filters

  • Use the available filters to narrow down the activities you want to review. This can help you quickly find relevant information based on criteria such as date, user, or type of activity.

Viewing Activity Details

Select an Activity

  • Click on any activity entry to view more details.

View the Changelog

  • The Changelog displays a list of all edits made to the selected object, providing a detailed history of changes.
