Use single sign-on (SSO)

Important: This option is available for employees and contractors of an organization. Clients will need to log in with their login credentials.

After you click on Use single sign-on (SSO), you will be redirected to your SSO provider where you will need to log in with your SSO provider credentials.

If you belong to multiple Productive organizations, you will first be asked to enter the ID of the organization you are trying to log in to.

You can find your organization ID in two ways:

  1. In the web address: It's the unique number directly after "app.productive.io" in the URL.

  2. In the Settings: Go to Settings, then API integrations to find your organization ID.

Once you successfully log in to your SSO provider, you will be redirected back to your Productive account.

Note: If SSO is enabled but not forced, you can still use your email and password to log in. If SSO is forced, you must log in through your SSO provider.
