If your organization has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), your login process will differ slightly from the standard email and password method.
How to Log In Using SSO
On the login screen, click Use Single Sign-On (SSO) instead of entering your email and password.
You’ll be redirected to your SSO provider’s login page—such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, or Okta—where you’ll enter your SSO username and password.
After successful authentication, you’ll be taken back to your Productive account.
📌 Note: This option is available for employees and contractors. Clients must log in using their email and password credentials.
If You Belong to Multiple Organizations
If you're a member of more than one Productive organization, you'll first be asked to enter the organization ID you're trying to access.
You can find your organization ID in two ways:
In the URL: It’s the number directly after
app.productive.io/
in your browser's address bar.In Settings: Go to Settings > API Integrations to locate your organization ID.
Additional Notes
Admins: Learn more about enabling SSO here.
If SSO is enabled but not forced, you can still log in using your email and password.
If SSO is forced, you must use your SSO provider to log in.
