To ensure that everyone in your organization tracks their time accurately, you can set up and customize time reminder emails in Productive. This helps maintain consistency and accountability across the team.

Steps to Set Up Time Reminders

  1. Navigate to Time Tracking Settings

    Go to Settings > Time tracking within Productive.

  2. Configure Reminder Rules

    Here, you can set specific rules for time reminders:
    ​

    • Expected Work Time: Determine the threshold percentage of untracked time that should trigger a reminder.
      ​

    • Period: Decide whether the reminders should cover daily or weekly time tracking and specify the exact time and day when the reminder should be sent out.
      ​

Note: These settings apply only to working days and can be configured only by account admins.
