To make sure that everyone in your organization is tracking time correctly, you can set and customise the time reminder emails.

First, go to Settings > Time Reminders.

Here you can set the following rules:
Goal: What percentage of untracked time should trigger the warning?
Period: Should it cover daily or weekly time?
Time & Day: At which hour and on what day should the reminder be sent?

Only working days will be affected.

It is important to remember two things:
1. This setting is visible only to Administrators.
2. If a user has the time reminder notifications disabled, they will not receive the reminder.
