To make sure that everyone in your organization is tracking time correctly, you can set and customize the time reminder emails.
First, go to Settings > Time tracking.
Here you can set the following rules:
βExpected work time: What percentage of untracked time should trigger the warning?
βPeriod: Should it cover daily or weekly time?
βTime & Day: At which hour and on what day should the reminder be sent?
π‘ Note that only working days will be affected and this setting is visible only to Administrators.
