Set up the preferred schedule for sending time reminder emails

To make sure that everyone in your organization is tracking time correctly, you can set and customize the time reminder emails.

First, go to Settings > Time tracking.

Here you can set the following rules:


​Expected work time: What percentage of untracked time should trigger the warning?
​Period: Should it cover daily or weekly time?
​Time & Day: At which hour and on what day should the reminder be sent?

πŸ’‘ Note that only working days will be affected and this setting is visible only to Administrators.
