To make sure that everyone in your organization is tracking time correctly, you can set and customize the time reminder emails.
First, go to Settings > Time tracking.
Here you can set the following rules:
Expected work time: What percentage of untracked time should trigger the warning?
Period: Should it cover daily or weekly time?
Time & Day: At which hour and on what day should the reminder be sent?
💡 Note that only working days will be affected.
It is important to remember two things:
1. This setting is visible only to Administrators.
2. If a user has the time reminder notifications disabled, they will not receive the reminder. To enable them, they will have to go to Settings > Notifications.
