Pipelines and Pipeline Stages

Pipeline stages represent the different steps in your sales process. You can reorder, edit, create new stages, or even add new pipelines here.

Find out more about setting up your pipelines and deal stages here.

Lost Reasons

Lost reasons help track why a deal was lost. Common reasons include:

  • Not the right fit

  • Chose another tool

  • Pricing concerns

  • Unrealistic timeline

Tip: You can make adding lost reasons mandatory for any stage set to Lost status.

To enable mandatory lost reasons:

  • Go to Settings > Sales settings > Pipeline and Deal Stage.

  • Find a stage with the lost status, open the three-dot menu to the right, and select Edit.

  • Check the Lost Reason box to make selecting a lost reason mandatory when losing the deal and transferring it to this stage.

Default Deal Probability

When creating a new deal, a default probability is assigned. You can adjust this probability in each stage’s settings.

Email Inbox

You can BCC emails to Productive to link them to deals, budgets, and invoices, keeping all communication organized.
