Productive allows you to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, saving you time and effort.
Select Tasks
Open your project’s task list and hover over the tasks. A checkmark button will appear next to each task.
Note: You'll need to be in the Board, Table or List layout to select multiple tasks at once.
Bulk Actions
Click the checkmarks next to the tasks you want to manage. You can select all tasks in a list by clicking the checkbox at the top.
Action Menu
A dialogue box will appear at the top of the screen, offering several options to manage your selected tasks:
Reassign Tasks: Choose a new assignee to take over the selected tasks.
Set Due Date: Pick a due date for all selected tasks.
Set Start Date: Assign a start date to all selected tasks.
Change Status: Update the workflow status (e.g., Open, In Progress, Closed) for all selected tasks.
Add Tags: Categorize tasks by adding relevant tags.
Shift or Extend:
Shift: Move the tasks' schedule forward or backwards, keeping their duration intact.
Extend: Lengthen the duration of the tasks.
Change Task Privacy: Toggle tasks between Private or Public.
Move Tasks: Transfer tasks to another task list by selecting the new list.
Duplicate Tasks: Create copies of the selected tasks.
Change Task List: Reassign tasks to a different task list.
Add Parent Task: Connect tasks to a parent task for better organization.
Add Custom Fields: Include additional custom fields to the tasks.
Delete Tasks: Remove the selected tasks from your project.
Export the Task View: Export the current task view for documentation or reporting purposes.
