Productive AI uses machine learning to help you work faster and smarter across the platform.
AI features help you generate reports, summarize tasks, auto-fill expenses, and more directly within Productive.
Productive AI is currently available in:
Productive AI is available on all subscription plans and is free to use.
Important: AI features have usage limits per user to ensure fair use and stable performance. If you reach your limit, some AI features may become temporarily unavailable. Contact support if you need additional access.
Turning On/Off Productive AI Features
Admins control whether Productive AI is available for their organization. If the Productive AI features are not enabled:
Users within the organization will not have access to AI features.
The organization's data will not be used to power these features.
To activate Productive AI, go to Settings > Productive AI and toggle the Turn on AI.
Your Data and AI Training
Productive does not use your Customer Data or allow third-party providers to use it to train the machine learning models that power the Productive AI.
Your use of Productive AI does not grant Productive any rights or licenses to use your Customer Data to train machine learning models.
