Productive AI
Productive AI refers to features and functionalities that use machine learning models provided by OpenAI.
These AI features, among other things, modify, translate, simplify, and analyze selected data from your account to assist you and your teams in working more efficiently.
Currently, Productive AI is only available in Docs, and we will keep you informed about any further expansions and new AI features in the app!

Productive AI is available in Beta on all subscription plans, and while there, it will remain free to use, subject to fair usage restrictions.
Turning On/Off Productive AI Features
As an admin, you can turn on Productive AI in your Settings. This will add AI features to your organization. If the Productive AI features are not enabled:
Users within the organization will not have access to AI features.
The organization's data will not be used to power these features.
To activate Productive AI, go to Settings > Productive AI. Toggle the "Turn on AI" switch, and you're good to go!
Data Used in Machine Training Models
Productive does not use your Customer Data or allow third-party providers to use it to train the machine learning models that power the Productive AI.
Your use of Productive AI does not grant Productive any rights or licenses to use your Customer Data to train machine learning models.

Productive AI results are provided "as-is". While AI technologies strive for accuracy, their outputs should be independently verified before making any critical decisions.
