Setting a custom field as required is only available on the Ultimate plan.
When creating custom fields, certain types of custom fields can be set as required. Those include:
Budgets
Bookings
Deals
Companies
1) To set a custom field as required, head over to Settings > Custom fields:
2) Select the custom field you wish to update or create a new one.
3) Toggle on the "Set as a required field" option and save your changes.
Now if you try and create a new budget without the required custom field entered, a "Can't be blank" error will appear.
