Go to Settings > Documents.
You will be able to create a new document by clicking Add document type. In the example below we already have 3 document types created for a Budget, Proposal, or Invoice PDF.
Clicking Add document type will take you to the next screen where you can:
- Name the document
- Decide what type it is (invoice, budget or proposal)
- Change the template
- Decide which subsidiary it is for (if you're using this addon)
- Change the document locale
- Add a tax or second tax
- Add a standard note
- Add a standard footer
The preview of your document will be displayed in real time on the right as you make changes on the left.
Change to Preview data if you want to see the data in a different format.
