Example: Hiding Fields on Invoices

By default, the invoice template includes several visible fields. However, you can customize the view by hiding certain fields.

For instance, you might want to show only the description, amount, and grand total on your invoices. Here's how it would look after hiding the other fields:

  • Before: All default fields are visible.

  • After: Only the description, amount, and grand total fields remain visible.

Important Notes

  • Template Compatibility
Hiding fields is supported on both existing and new templates.

  • Supported Designs
This feature is available for both the Standard and Elegant template designs.
