Company Time

Company time shows time tracked for all team members. Use this to see who is tracking less than their capacity at a glance.

Updated over a week ago

Company time, accessed through Time > Company time, gives you an insight into time entries for all your employees with an active cost rate.

Switch between weeks using arrows or pick a date from a calendar. Once you have a date range set, you can inspect what are you interested in the most.

Switch between the Timesheet and Table views for easier navigation and overview of logged hours.

Timesheet View

  • Check time entries from everybody on a specific day: click on a specific column and you'll get a detailed report from multiple people for that day.

  • Check time entries from one person for the whole week: click on a row and you'll get a detailed report for that person throughout the whole week.

  • Check time entries from one person on a specific day: click on a cell in the table and you'll get a detailed report for that person for that day.

Table View

To customize the view or export any of this data, switch your layout to the Table view in the upper right.

When you switch to the Table view, you can see the services your team worked on, time worked, and notes on the time entries. You can also adjust the fields you want to include there as you wish.

  • Filters: company time shows you time entries for all your employees by default. If you want to customize it, use the filters at the top.

  • Fields: If needed, add different types of data specific to your requirements.

  • Views: adjust your Table view with filter, fields, and grouping options and save it for future use.

The Save button will appear next to the Filters anytime you make a change to the view (add a filter/filed).

Pro Tip: Track Method Field

By including the Track method field in your view, you can determine how each time entry was added. You can add it through the timer or a combination of both.
