Filters are used to customize which data you can view. You can create new filters easily to see tasks assigned to you, closed tasks, etc.

Manage task lists more efficiently by creating custom filters.

Go to Tasks and open the Task view panel. Here you'll find several default views - Open tasks, Closed tasks, and My open tasks. Also, any custom views you have saved will be shown as well as the option to create a New view.

You can filter tasks based on numerous criteria: status (open, closed, or both), assignees, dates, tags, task lists, etc.

💡 Filter by the single value in the multi-select custom field using “contain”, “not contain” is not available.

Let's filter all started and not started tasks for Bessie Kane and save this as a custom view.

Give your custom filter a name and potentially share it with everyone else in your company. Remove the checkmark and the filter will be visible only to you.

You can edit or delete your custom filters at any time. Remember to save the changes when you're done!
