Default Dashboards for New Users

Pre-loaded dashboards automatically available for new users, fully interactive and ready to explore.

Updated yesterday

New users in Productive automatically receive pre-loaded dashboards, designed to help them quickly understand the platform’s capabilities during onboarding.

The My Dashboard (general overview) is shown to all users, while the availability of individual widgets depends on user permissions. The other dashboards are available only to admins, managers, and profitability manager users.

πŸ“Œ These dashboards are only available for new users and organizations; existing users cannot add them retroactively.

These dashboards are available on all plans, and each widget is interactiveβ€”click to see filters, groupings, and sorting. You can also edit, rearrange, duplicate, or tweak them to create your own dashboards or use them as inspiration.

Overall, the dashboards are intended to jumpstart insights, letting you explore, adapt, and customize them while drilling down into the underlying data.
