The Proposals feature in Productive lets you manage all aspects of deal proposals in one place.

You can create proposals, send them to clients, allow them to accept and sign electronically, and track engagement—all without leaving the platform.

Proposals help reduce back-and-forth communication, speed up approvals, and provide a clear record of client interactions.

What You Can Do with Proposals

  • Create a proposal based on your deal, selecting a document template, tax rate, and optional notes and attachments.

  • Send proposals via email directly from Productive.

  • Share proposals via public links (Professional & Ultimate plans).

  • Accept & Sign proposals electronically for a formal, legally traceable approval.

  • Track Engagement through analytics (Ultimate plan).

Where to Access Proposals

  • The Proposals tab is available on the Deal screen.

  • Only users with Add, edit, and delete deals permissions can add, edit, or delete proposals.
    By default, these are users with Manager (restricted and unrestricted), Profitability Manager (restricted and unrestricted) and Admin permissions.

Once in the tab, you can quickly create, view, and manage all proposals related to a deal.
