A document style controls how your PDFs look (fonts, colors, margins, and table formatting), so your invoices, proposals, budgets, and purchase orders match your brand.
Create multiple styles for different needs, then apply any style to a document template to control which document type it's used on.
The Document Style Editor is available on the Essential, Professional, and Ultimate subscription plans.
Accessing Document Styles
By default, only account admins can access Document Templates and Styles in Settings.
With custom permission sets, you can enable the Manage Document Styles and Templates permission, save it as part of a new permission set, and assign it to a teammate who needs access to customize your PDFs.
Creating a Document Style
Navigate to Settings > Document Templates > Document Styles.
A default style, Default Style, is already available. Edit, duplicate, or delete it using the three-dot menu on the right.
Adding Your Company Logo
To include your company or subsidiary logo in the style preview and exported PDFs:
Go to Settings > Company Info.
Select your company or subsidiary (if applicable).
Click Add Logo, upload your file, and save changes.
Your logo now appears in exported PDFs and in the Document Style Editor previews.
