Dismissing Emails

Dismissing removes the email from Unassigned emails, but it stays visible in the contact’s profile under Emails.

Deleting Emails

To permanently remove an email, open the three-dot menu and select Delete.

Automatic Filing and Reassignment

Emails in existing threads are automatically filed to the same deal, budget, or invoice. You’ll see a notification showing where the email was filed. If needed, hover in the activity feed and reassign it.

Ensuring Security and Authenticity

To ensure safe delivery, all emails must pass:

  • SPF (Sender Policy Framework): Verifies the sender is from an authorized mail server.

  • DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail): Ensures the email wasn’t altered in transit.

📌 If SPF or DKIM checks fail, the email will not be forwarded to Productive. Follow your email provider’s instructions to configure these settings.
