If you have team members who regularly work on the same project weekly, monthly, or at other intervals, you can automate their bookings to repeat. This can save time and ensure consistency in scheduling.
Setting Up Repeating Bookings
1) Access the Resource Planner Module
2) Create or Select a Booking
3) Configure the Repeating Schedule
Open the three-dot menu in the upper right and select Repeat booking.
Define how often you want the booking to repeat and specify the number of occurrences.
4) Finalize the Booking
Once you've configured the repeating settings, click Create bookings to save the changes and for the new bookings to appear in your Resource planner.
Deleting Repeating Bookings
To delete repeating bookings:
1) Choose Deletion Option
When you attempt to delete a repeating booking, you will be prompted with a message offering several options. You can choose to delete either:
Only the selected booking
The selected booking and all subsequent bookings
All bookings in the repeating series
2) Select and Confirm
Choose the option that best suits your needs and click the Delete booking button to complete the process.
