Keeping track of all your invoices in Productive is straightforward and efficient. Whether you need to review invoices for a specific project, filter them by budget, or customize your view to match your workflow, Productive has you covered.

This guide will show you where to find all your invoices and how to optimize your invoice management process.

Finding All Invoices

All of your invoices can be easily accessed by navigating to Financials > Invoices in the main navigation.

This section provides a comprehensive list of all your invoices, allowing you to manage and track them effortlessly.

Filtering Invoices

In the Invoices section, you can filter your invoices based on various criteria such as dates, budget, project, company, and custom fields.

This makes it easier to find the exact invoices you're looking for, even in large lists.

Customizing Your View

Customize the invoice view to fit your needs by adjusting the columns displayed. You can include columns that align with your specific requirements, such as due dates, amounts, or statuses.

Once you've set up a view you like, save it for future use to simplify your workflow.

Viewing Project-Specific Invoices

If you need to view invoices for a specific project, simply navigate to that project and click on the Invoices tab.

This will filter the list to show only the invoices associated with that project, providing a focused view of your financials for that project.

Viewing Budget-Specific Invoices

If you need to view invoices for a specific budget, simply navigate to that budget and click on the Invoices tab.

This will filter the list to show only the invoices associated with that budget (finalized and drafts), providing an even more focused view of your financials.
