Learn how to manage multiple organizations in Productive, create new organizations, and switch between them effortlessly.

Managing Multiple Organizations

Productive allows you to add and manage multiple organizations within your account while using the same email address to log in.

This feature helps you easily manage various business entities and gives you the ability to keep distinct permission sets and billing settings for each organization.

Creating a New Organization

  1. Click on the + Create a new organization button at the bottom of the page.

Key Points to Know

  • Separate Entities

    Each organization operates independently with its own users, deals, projects, and settings. There is no single point of access across organizations.

  • Different Permission Sets

    Your permission set can differ between organizations. For example, you might be an Admin in one and Staff in another.

  • Individual Billing

    Each organization has its own billing information and settings.

Switching Between Organizations

To switch between organizations:

  1. Click your avatar in the upper right.

  2. Select the organization you want to switch to from the list.
