Common Upload Errors and Resolutions

If you encounter errors while uploading files, refer to the following troubleshooting tips:

This error indicates that the file uploaded is damaged or unreadable. Common causes include incomplete downloads, software issues, or data corruption during upload.

Resolution:

  • Verify that the file opens correctly on your local system.

  • Re-upload the file after confirming its integrity.

  • If the issue persists, consider re-exporting or re-saving the file in its original format.

2. Password-protected files are not allowed

This error occurs when a file is encrypted or secured with a password, making it inaccessible for processing.

Resolution:

  • Remove the password from the file before uploading.

  • Ensure the file complies with the platform's upload requirements.

  • If you cannot modify the file, contact support for further guidance.

3. Only PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are allowed

This error appears when a file is in an unsupported format. The platform accepts only the following formats:

Resolution:

  • Ensure that the file is in one of the allowed formats.

  • Use file conversion tools to convert unsupported file types (e.g., DOCX, TXT, BMP) into an acceptable format.

  • Re-upload the file in the correct format.
