Adding Terms and Conditions to Your Document Templates

Learn how to attach terms and conditions or other files to your document templates, including supported file formats.

If you have specific terms and conditions or other important documents or images that you'd like to attach to your document templates (such as budgets, proposals, and invoices) in Productive, follow these steps:​

  1. Navigate to Document Templates

    Go to Settings > Document templates.
    ​

  2. Select or Create a Template
    Choose an existing template to edit or create a new one.

  3. Add Attachments
    Under the Customization section, find the Attachments option. Here, you can upload your documents or images.
    ​

Supported File Types: You can upload PDFs as documents and images in JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG, and even GIF formats.

Tip: Use this feature to attach your company's terms and conditions, a signature image, or any other relevant document to ensure they are included in all your outgoing documents.
