Interval format
The interval format allows you to mark when you started and when you finished working on a certain activity. Here are a couple of examples:
9-5
9 am-5 pm
9-17
9.5-17
9 to 5
Relative interval format
The relative interval format enables you to mark down when you started working on something. It will then use the current moment as an end to this activity and calculate the amount of time between those two automatically.
