TODOs are reminders for activities you need to do on a specific sales Deal. These can be follow up emails, a phone call, or a reminder to send the contract. Make sure you always have a TODO with a due date on every deal in order to stay on top of client communication and ensure you don't miss an opportunity by forgetting to follow up properly.
Click on the TODO tab in any sales Deal.
Add a TODO Description, e.g. Email follow-up.
Set a Due Date and an Assignee. The owner of the Deal will be set as the default assignee.
